Terms of Service and EULA
EFFECTIVE DATE: OCTOBER 12, 2026
This agreement is between Sejo Development LLC, Ocala, Florida ("we", "us") and the organization or person using SejoSuite ("you"). By creating an account or using SejoSuite you agree to it. If you accept for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
1. The service and license
SejoSuite is a hosted business platform that includes Mail, CRM, Projects, Host, Knowledge Base, AI features and connections to outside services. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use SejoSuite for your internal business purposes while your account is active. You receive no ownership of the software, and you may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or build a competing service from it.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, for keeping credentials secure, and for the actions of the people you invite. The organization owner decides which users can see and change which data. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Your data
You own the content and data you put into SejoSuite. You give us permission to host, process and display it only to operate and support the service for you. Our Privacy Policy describes how information is handled.
4. Connected services
SejoSuite can connect to third-party services such as Stripe, Intuit QuickBooks Online and Square. Those services have their own terms, fees and privacy practices, and your use of them is between you and them. When you connect one, you authorize SejoSuite to act in it on your behalf for the features you use, such as creating customers, items and invoices. You are responsible for the accuracy of what is created, including amounts, taxes and recipients. Invoices created in QuickBooks Online are recorded in your books immediately; invoices in Stripe and Square are created as drafts unless you choose otherwise. Review each one before it reaches a customer. You can disconnect a service at any time.
5. AI features
AI features may produce inaccurate or incomplete results. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it or sending it to others. Do not use AI features for decisions that require professional legal, tax, medical or financial advice.
6. Acceptable use
You will not use SejoSuite to break the law, send spam or unlawful messages, infringe others' rights, upload malware, probe or disrupt the service, access another organization's data, or exceed reasonable usage limits. We may suspend access for violations or to protect the service.
7. Fees
Paid features are billed under the plan you choose. Fees are due as stated at purchase, are non-refundable except where required by law, and may change with advance notice. Taxes are your responsibility.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep SejoSuite available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may add, change or remove features, and we will give reasonable notice of changes that significantly reduce functionality you rely on.
9. Disclaimer
SejoSuite is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. SejoSuite is not a substitute for accounting, tax or legal advice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for SejoSuite in the 12 months before the claim arose.
11. Termination
You may stop using SejoSuite at any time. We may suspend or end your access for breach of this agreement or non-payment. On termination your right to use SejoSuite ends, and we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period before deleting it as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
13. Changes to this agreement
We may update this agreement. We will post the new version with a new effective date, and continued use after that date means you accept it.
